The Ski Opening 2024 in Schladming promises a brilliant experience in the Planai Stadium: with world stars Bryan Adams, Sting and Simply Red, the stage will be the setting for unforgettable concerts on three evenings. The event is the perfect kick-off for the ski season in the 4-mountain ski area Schladming-Dachstein and offers an energetic mix of live music and winter action. Pure skiing pleasure: The Reiteralm opposite the Pichlmayrgut
The Reiteralm, directly opposite the Pichlmayrgut, is part of the 4-mountain ski area in the Schladming-Dachstein ski region and offers access to 123 kilometres of pistes, which are connected to the Hochwurzen, Planai and Hauser Kaibling ski mountains. With 44 modern lifts and varied runs, it is perfect for skiers of all abilities. The Pichlmayrgut offers a daily shuttle service to the valley station, so you can get to the piste comfortably and stress-free and enjoy your day's skiing to the full.

Advent magic in the Talbachklamm gorge
A magical highlight of the Schladming Mountain Christmas is the "Advent Magic in the Talbachklamm Gorge". On 30 November and 14 December 2024, the hiking trail along the Talbach stream shines in a wildly romantic play of lights. "Kripperl schaun" in the city museum
The historical "Pachauer Krippe", a lovingly restored traditional nativity scene, is on display in the Schladming town museum. The nativity scene, formerly in the parish church of St Achatius, is a highlight of the region. From 26 November to 18 December 2024 (every Tuesday and Wednesday), discover the Christmas spirit of times gone by and revive the tradition of "cot viewing".

Filzmoos enchants during the Advent season with its idyllic mountain scenery and authentic atmosphere.
